This the home of a spunky elderly lady that would like to rent her guest room, in scenic Sebastian Florida near the beach. Within an hour drive from Orlando and Vero Beach in a sleepy coastal community and a short drive from the grocery store, local pubs, other eateries and the beach.
The room is furnished, with a bed, dressers, side table, reading chair, closet, cable television, WiFi, and a full bathroom. Common areas include the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and planty patio. The yard is large and overlooks a creek, and driveway parking is welcome.
Garage storage is negotiable. Master bdrm is off limits please. There is an elusive cat named Cosmo that keeps to himself.
