Homestead is a small city in Miami within commutable distance to downtown areas, Miami Beach and Coconut Grove. Key West is further south, a little over two hours drive. A day trip is certainly recommended. I am an English speaker and enjoy meeting people, traveling, reading and cooking. My home is in a quiet and secure neighborhood. The room available is located towards the front of the house with a lovely view of the street below. It is air conditioned and completely furnished with dresser, night tables, lamps, desk and clock radio. I don't believe that a television should be in the bedroom, but one is available in the family room next to the kitchen. If you need additional amenities, please ask! Also, if you need assistance in planning your trips, I will be more than happy to provide useful tips and suggestions.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Lovely private room with bathroom in a private townhouse. Fully carpeted. Has TV with AT&T U-verse. Private, Safe and Secure. There is a one time cleaning fee of $55. It is not included in the daily room rate and must be paid. House is very safe with a central alarm system. The pool is a community pool. It is not in the house. But within walking distance to the house a few blocks away.

WE LIVE IN NICE AREA, WE ARE CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, WE LOVE THE BEACH, AND GO OUT TO EAT DURING THE WEEKEND, BUT I LOVE COOK TOO, THERE ARE 3 BEDROOMS IN TOTAL AND 2 ARE EMPTY, WE HAVE A NICE PATIO WERE WE DO BAR-BQ IN THE SUMMER TIME.
