Hey! I’m Jason, 21 years old, originally from overseas but living in Australia now. I’m currently studying for a Diploma in Project Management and working part-time. I’m pretty chill, respectful, and easy to get along with. I like gaming, skateboarding, and doing calisthenics in my free time. I keep things clean, value personal space, but also don’t mind hanging out or chatting sometimes. Just looking for a relaxed and tidy place with easygoing people.

I’m a restaurant manager and work Monday to Friday. My partner is a teacher. We are looking for a place to call home during the month of November

Hi! We are a friendly couple Carlos and Romina from Spain and Chile, both 29, looking for a one-bedroom apartment in Perth (CBD, East Perth, West Perth, or Victoria Park) from October 26. My partner Carlos works as a postdoctoral researcher at Curtin University (PhD in Applied Mathematics) with stable income, and I am a qualified nurse on a working holiday visa, currently working at Dior while validating my qualifications. We arrived in Perth in August and have been staying with friends. We’re tidy, quiet, and respectful tenants who enjoy peaceful evenings and exploring the city. We speak fluent English, Spanish, Basque (him), and German (her). We can provide references and documents if needed. Kind regards, Romina & Carlos

Hiiii My name is Isabella, I’m originally from Colombia but have been living in Perth for a while. I’m planning to start my studies at the University of Western Australia in 2026, and I’m looking for a place to move into around 3 February 2026, ideally for at least 12 months. Outside of study, I practice volleyball, and I also work part-time as a coach. I’m very outgoing and love meeting new people, but I’m always respectful when sharing a space with others and take good care of my surroundings. Hope to meet you soon! ❤️

I am a 44 year old woman on a disability support pension that is in need of a room to rent for maximum $300-$330 a week. I love animals and am a sociable friendly person who is also hygienic and keeps a clean house

Hi! My name is Bryan, and I’m currently living and working in Melbourne. I work full-time in the hospitality industry, mainly as a kitchen hand and cleaner, so I’m used to long hours and staying organised. I’m a clean, respectful, and reliable person who values peace and good communication at home. Outside of work, I’m studying commercial cookery because cooking is my passion. I love exploring new flavours, experimenting with Asian and fusion dishes, and learning from professional chefs. When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy going out for good food, watching documentaries, or just relaxing after a busy week. I take pride in keeping my living space neat and tidy. I always clean up after myself, respect shared areas, and make sure everyone feels comfortable. I’m not a party person and prefer a calm, friendly home where everyone gets along. I’m currently looking for a place that’s convenient to public transport, safe, and has a good atmosphere. I get along with people from different backgrounds, and I’m always happy to have a friendly chat or share a meal, but I also respect others’ privacy. If you’re looking for someone dependable, tidy, and easy-going . that’s me. Thanks for reading, and I hope to find a great place and good housemates soon!

I'm working as an oxycutter in kwinana. I recently moved due to my landlord's kitchen construction.

Hi, I'm Bernard, I'm 23 and work permanent part-time at Perth Airport. My roster has me away from home at weird times, but when I am home I like to make sure my space is clean and fresh and once that's done, I tend to relax either outside or be busy in my room. Evren, my partner, is 20 years old and currently working a casual role at McDonald's. Most of her shifts are during the late evening/overnight, so during the day she is often sleeping and spending time with the dogs. She enjoys cleaning and has no issues maintaining our room and the rest of the house when she's home. My partner and I are looking for a place to stay for us and our dogs. We are clean, respectful and take good care of our dogs. They are house trained and very well mannered. Astrid our younger girl, is a 3 year old Shar'pei Cross, she's very well mannered, other than back talking us(Astrid is spayed). Chilli is our other girl, she's 9 and a Chihuahua Cross, she isn't spayed. Chilli mostly spends her time sleeping and judging Astrid. She's also housetrained and so sweet. Loves people and cuddles.
