My name is Manoj Lama. I’m currently studying BSc (Hons) in Business Management at the University of East London. Along with my studies, I’ve gained hands-on experience working in the hospitality industry. I previously worked in Nepal as a kitchen helper and bakery assistant, and in London I’ve worked at 1910 Mexican Restaurant in Parsons Green as a kitchen porter and food runner.
I’m a hardworking, fast learner who enjoys working in a busy environment and providing good customer service. My goal is to gain more experience in the food industry and one day run my own bakery business.
