Hi, I enjoy living near green spaces and bodies of water. I prefer the top floor. Ease of spacial design is important to me--for instance reaching the faucets to turn the shower on and off. I'm clean, particularly in the kitchen because I hate pests, but still human and sometimes leave things here and there in living spaces. Safety is important to me and I prefer folks who like reducing hazards. Warm politeness in the home is nice. It could be cool to become friends with housemates, but that isn't expected nor required with me.
