I’m very chill and usually keep to myself although I do love hanging out with people, I clean up after myself, am responsible and pay my bills on time. I love all animals. I just got out of a long term relationship and am having to find a place in my own but I’m not quite ready to be completely alone yet lol

I'm extremely clean, I'm one of those weirdos that actually enjoy cleaning so picking up after myself and my cat will NEVER be an issue, I'm usually a fairly busy person so I come and go daily, but I don't drink, I don't "entertain " groups of family and friends. I'm quiet and stay to myself. When not working running errands or doing anything else outside the home I am a homebody and enjoy doing things around the house like deep cleaning, planting flowers, cooking, decorating etc. I'm very respectful and expect the same in return. I'm generous so I don't mind sharing certain things but not everything so I like to establish boundaries right away. If there is any issue or concerns as 2 adults I would expect that we can come together and discuss whatever issue is at hand and come to a resolution together. I'm not into drama, if you are please keep me out of it.

I work tons of hours and don't spend too much time at home. Mostly will be renting for sleeping at night. Very cool with whatever with any roommates and not picky or needy. Cleanliness necessary.

I am an easy going, conscientious person that enjoys organizing and prefers to keep the spaces I inhabit tidy and clean. One of the things I miss the most from my life pretty divorce when I was a homeowner and had property is yard work and I am happy to pitch in or take on responsibilities that include the physical work outside, I especially Love mowing the lawn but I'm happy to shovel and rake leaves along with other yard work and communal space cleaning. My little dog Gypsy is 13 and gets along with basically every person and animal, she has no issues when it comes to cats or other dogs and people typically fall in love with her. She's very well behaved and fully trained. I look forward to finding someone I can share space with and enjoy each other's company giving one another space and privacy the majority of the time. My son is an adult and at 25 he owns his own condo in Minneapolis, which is where I'm from.
