Hi, I’m 18, just moving out and trying out living in a new city! I thought it’d be better to find a roommate at first to make sure I like the city.

Im a very busy man. I am usually not home too much and I'm hoping to focus on advancing ME, instead of the next person. I'm trying to make something happen. I do work a lot and my past time is making money. Seriously... I work landscaping and have a couple business start ups that I am currently furthering. I do keep my time very occupied with the new ideas and life so you will probably not see me much. He's currently in a board and care facility, because he had a hemorrhagic stroke and he won't be living with me until he gets better. He has to learn how to walk and talk again before he can come home with me. I'm clean and quiet 🤐. I'm very easy going. I'm 57 yrs old and so is my boyfriend. I really would love to find a place to rent in Rubidoux or near Ryan Bonamino Park in Riverside. I prefer that utilities are included in the rent.
