Hello, Professional Worker. I design nuclear systems. My work requires me to be in office 3 days a week. So I will only sleep in the room 2 nights per week. Maybe 3 nights during winter when there’s storms. This is perfect for anyone who is willing to reduce the price for a roommate that is almost never there. I'm from Arizona, not only is the heat unbearable, home prices have increased about 150% over the last two years. I'm single, I have three amazing, grown children. My Daughter lives in Illinois my other two California. I would like to rent a room, small apartment or house for probably 6-12 months while I continue improving my credit score and saving money for my future home purchase.
