I’m a 30 year old professional theater artist. I came to the U.S. from Istanbul to study music production and circus performance training.
I previously lived in Los Angeles. I’ve recently moved to New Jersey and am currently staying temporarily with a friend.
To give you a better idea about me, I’d like to briefly share my background.
I have a film on Netflix and I directed a theater play that was staged at the historic Hudson Theatre in Hollywood. If we have the chance to meet in person, I’d be happy to provide proof of these works face to face.
I also used to do live streaming on Twitch. In order to return to my broadcasts and other artistic productions, I’m looking for a peaceful and isolated home just like the one described in your listing.
I’m currently working actively as a sales and marketing consultant for a supplement company. I have a stable job and regular income. I can guarantee in writing that I will always pay rent on time and that I will be fully respectful and compatible with you, the home and the surrounding environment at all times.
I also have a home in Istanbul that is currently rented out. Just as I expect my tenant there to treat my property, I promise to show the same level of care and respect toward your home, its contents and the neighborhood.
