I'm a 50 year old single African American man with a large but super chill dog named Marley. I've been working at Scripps Encinitas over 11 years and my job hours are 6A- 2:30P M-F. I typically attend events and or go on hikes Saturdays and relax Sundays and do laundry. Don't party, smoke, or drink and I value quiet so no loud music or loud talking here. Also, my dog doesn't bark and sleeps most of the time. I don't necessarily need full access to the home, I actually have an air fryer and slow cooker so that's how I do my meal prepping. I am looking for a room and bath, preferably a private bath but its fine if its not as long as im not sharing with lots of others. My price range is $1k- $1500 monthly

I am a friendly and responsible person. I keep my space clean and am very mindful of those around me. Cleaning up is not a problem as I am wary of the spaces that I occupy and clean-up after myself. I work from Monday through Friday, so will be mostly busy during the weekdays.
