Im an independent person who works and stays to himself but likes to conversate. Im nice, im a cool, laid-back person. He plays basketball, makes music, and thinks ahead on certain occasions. Is very tidy and clean 👌. Sleeps all day on his day off.

I work full-time usually from 10a.m.-7p.m. I am very neat and organized.

I have definite short-term needs with the potential for longer-term needs.

I am a clean and organized person , I work and only have my kids on weekends or on holidays for now so they would t be there all the time and when they are won't be more then a few days , I have a fiance who will be with me and we only need a big enough area for the 2 of us and he works as well . We would not be at home until we are off work or on days off . We are nice people who just having a hard time since the hurricane took everything and we got denied by fema several times and not sure why because we had pictures of everything , we are trying to find somewhere that isn't expensive and takes all our money so we can save and be able to get our own place with in a year of things work out the way we want .
