I am in my first year of school, studying interior design. I would like to have a table/desk to do school work on if possible. And a lock for my bedroom door. I am very clean and organized, so I'd like a roommate who's like that as well, but i dont mind loud noise. The amount i stay home depends on my schedule and my mood, so it's not exactly predictable.

I’d be a good roommate because I’m respectful of shared spaces, clean up after myself, and I’m considerate about noise and other people’s schedules. I communicate well if there’s an issue, pay my share on time, and I’m easygoing and cooperative, which makes living together comfortable and stress-free.

I spend most of my time at the gym or working, super quiet guy all around :)
