Im bit of a loaner and tend to stay to myself until I'm able to get to know a person. I ended up in FL in January of 2020, pursuing my independence after some life altering changes. Shortly after my arrival the country went on lockdown. Shortly after that other things started to follow a downward spiral. Now I'm stuck in FL without a place to live, no vehicle and no family.

I am a 45 year old male that is moving back to the Houston area from Austin. I work as a Real Estate Inspector at a family owned and operated company for 20+years. Currently my goal is to work part time as I further my education. I am single with no pets. I do not smoke, and have my own transportation. I am clean any very respectful of my surroundings. I am more than happy to help clean and perform maintenance around the property.
