Just starting over after finalizing my divorce of 10 years. I have 4 children whom live with their mother. There's no drama with the mother of my children at all, we're actually great friends again. My children may stop by to tell me hi or something along those lines but we do not live in the same town so I go and see them over there at their home almost all the time. It's my partner and myself who are needing a new home rather quickly and short notice. Shouldn't be a deal breaker though because we both have jobs and that's getting two times the income and bills are split between more persons and making it that much better of a deal.
