I'm very clean. I am a single and 37. I have one small dog who is very well trained and good with other dogs. I have two kids who are 17 and 18 and live with there mother. I work for myself remodeling houses and lots of odd jobs so I'm very handy. I also sometimes pick up some cooking shifts, love to cook and paint. On my down time I love just listening to music and anything outdoors.

Always on time with my rent, honestly just need somewhere I can pick myself off the ground with since my divorce, always working so I'll hardly be around lol. Very respectful, I do have a daughter that I have half the time mostly during the week. So kids are not a problem whatsoever. I cover my end, you cover yours and I think we'll get along great 👍🏼
