I love learning different cultures and making friends. My place is quiet, I work early in the mornings and need quiet time in the evening to prepare for the day. There is a great patio with lots of room to barbeque and meditate. I have some workout equipment and I enjoy cooking and meal prepping.

There is plenty of parking on a quiet street. Cleburne is 25 minutes from Burleson. We have a reputable college, library, shopping, parks, and movie theater; all within walking distance. I am newly retired, but keep busy. I love scuba diving, traveling, and social events. I have a 7-year-old granddaughter and 2 daughters who live in the surrounding area. You'll keep your bedroom and bathroom clean, and I keep the rest of the house tidy. The bedroom has a comfortable, full-size bed, computer desk, ceiling fan, and bedside lamp. The house is quiet the roommates are respectful. TVs are watched only in our bedrooms. We only listen to music on headsets. This is a roommate situation. I have had some roommates, who became friends and others who were just roommates. I prefer to meet the person outside the home initially because the people are more important than the place.

I like my alone time. My house is large enough for that. I'm easy and laid back. As long as there is respect we will get along fine

This home is in Katy. 14x14 room with walk in closet and private bathroom (not connected) This room is on the second floor. 5 bedroom/4 bathroom house near Katy Mills Mall! The total cost would be $650/month with everything included! I have in-house washer/dryer, great AC/heat, unlimited internet, and the whole house is already furnished except the room. Backyard with covered patio. The bathroom would be exclusive to you. Gym with weights upstairs in the den. I can have the room furnished for $50 extra a month.
