It’s by the Intersection between Mira Mesa Blvd and Black Mountain Rd. Washer and dryer are available. $900/month including utilities and internet. Month to month lease. $900 security deposit. No pets. It’s a 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms house; 1800 sqft. Your bed room and bathroom are upstairs. You will share the upstairs with 2 nice and friendly ladies. There is an older working couple living downstairs in the master bedroom with their own bathroom. What we are looking for in a roommate: Female, respectful, easy to get along with, responsible, clean, no drama, trustworthy and honest. We expect rent paid on time and proof of employment.
