Im a 39 year old single male. Just moved to kyle from Denver about a month ago. I have 2 jobs. One fabricating fiberglass molds during the day and the other is Bartending at night. I've lived with roommates my entire adult life so am very respectable to other people's personal space. I enjoy rock climbing, skateboarding, hiking, video games and reading. My party years are well behind me but will enjoy a nice cocktail from time to time.

I share my 7 year son with my ex with a week on/off arrangement. I love my home and the neighborhood (plum creek) I live in. I work in Austin as a public educator so I am away most days until around 5:30. My home has 3 porches and a garage for storage.

Hi I’m Susan I am a 74 year old retired grandmother looking for an UNfurnished room in a house, or a studio or garage apartment in Spring Branch, Memorial & Energy corridor areas. I am a doting grandma & when not with my grandson, I keep pretty much “to myself”. Binge watch tv, read & play with my phone. I was a live-in caregiver for the last 20 years of my working life. Before that, I worked in structural steel sales & HVAC sales. I am responsible & reliable & have all my background & credit checks with Certn.

Clean, quiet, like to cook, work 10-6 MF. Chill with 420 but don’t smoke.

Looking for a roommate in Abu Dhabi. I’m tech-savvy, highly organized (OCD level!), love traveling, pets (though I don’t have one right now), and plants. Clean and friendly living environment. Contact me if interested.

Looking for a roommate to live in Houston! Ideally want to stay around Downtown where I work, so maybe Rice, the Heights, or Memorial area but open to other options! Wanting to move in the fall, no specific preference for dates!

Hi, it's my first time getting out in the world, and im finally taking my first step to moving out. Im a hard worker and very clean. I have 2 cats, but they are well-behaved and mostly will stay in my room.

I’m a quiet, neat person. I currently share my home with 1 lovely french bulldog. I do not drink or do drugs, i do currently vape. Looking for someone who does not mind conversation but also enjoys personal space. The home is at the end of a cul de sac, theres a large backyard, large driveway. There is a community pool(free access) just down the block.

Looking for some suitable apartment where educated and manarable tenants are living.

Just starting over after finalizing my divorce of 10 years. I have 4 children whom live with their mother. There's no drama with the mother of my children at all, we're actually great friends again. My children may stop by to tell me hi or something along those lines but we do not live in the same town so I go and see them over there at their home almost all the time. It's my partner and myself who are needing a new home rather quickly and short notice. Shouldn't be a deal breaker though because we both have jobs and that's getting two times the income and bills are split between more persons and making it that much better of a deal.

I'm a little introverted, but I can still hold a decent conversation. I like to go out a lot if possible, so I'm hardly around. I like a quiet space where I can work on my artwork.

I'm a Taurus and I'm pretty laid back my dog is a chihuahua and he can be a little nippy whenever he meets people but after he gets to know them he's great I on the other hand don't really have met very many friends or get out much I'm pretty much a homebody. I like to do woodworking and I also work with resin some fluid art and that's really about it I'm working part-time right now and hope to be working full-time after settling down into a place. As a roommate I think that I've got great qualities because I'm easy going and a good listener and I pretty much keep a tidy house. If there's ever a problem just communicate that's all I ask good communication is always key.

Enjoy living in a comfortable, furnished house. This homey property has been updated and provides the basic necessities. All that’s missing is you! The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as dishwasher. It’s the perfect spot for you to cook at home and save money. The surrounding location is close to public transit and amenities, making it the perfect place to call home.

Clean. Quiet. Keep to myself. No drugs. No smoking. No parties. I have no pets and have no children.
