i am 59yo widower, I’m district mamager for my company, which means I do a lot of traveling. I’m easy going and socialible, my favorite thing to do is make people relax and laugh. I have had 3 other roommates in Atlanta, and Jacksonville while at my current job. My new district is centered around Greenville SC which is the reason I am moving here. I usually go back home to Alabama during holidays and vacations. I understand the need for privacy and space sharing and I can provide refrences.

Traveling alone, employed, easy going, clean. Travels for work. Married with a child - moving for work without family during transition to area.

I work Monday-Friday, first shift. I'm not noisy or a party going type. Staying clean and friendly is what I hope we'll share in common. Making a new friend would definitely be a huge plus!

This room includes a private entrance and personal bathroom. All shared areas are free to use including kitchen and living room. Washer and dryer included in the home. I have a younger brother on the spectrum that will visit some weekends. No pets because I'm not paying for all that. I work Mon-Fri so there's plenty of free time for yourself. Rent is due the first of every month and becomes late on the 5th. Late payments will be accepted but you will be responsible for the late fee if it's your part missing ($200). If you can't provide payment you will be evicted. Gym+pool+community room available.
