We live 10minutes from downtown, bluetooth washer and dryer, back patio, free wifi, everyone is quiet and mostly stay in their rooms or are at work, there is extra freezer space, everything is included in the rent. Livingroom and kitchen are spacious, private entrance to the basement.

I have kids there all grown except my 5 year old I smoke cigarette so just be prepared.
