The room has a walk in closet and there is an attic so anything you bring that you can’t find immediate space or use for you are welcome to stow up there. The living room/kitchen are fully furnished. Rent includes water, all other utilities would be split 50/50.
The property allows 1 cat, if the new roommate does not bring one current the roommate will be getting a new one so being okay with a cat is a must. NO SMOKERS. This applies to cigarettes, weed, and anything else that could possibly be smoked.
Lake Parsippany is at the end of the street. Laundromat can be seen from the living room windows. There is a Wells Fargo bank and chase bank within walking distance, and a PNC bank within a 5 minute drive. Rent is deposited through PNC or zelle, so you can either go to the bank or do online transfers.
It’s between interstate 80 and 287 as well as between State Routes 46 and 10. Within a 5 minute drive of Parsippany-Troy plaza where there is a Target and Michael’s as well as plenty of food options for eating out.
