The condo is in a well-kept neighborhood that is located 15 min from Ft. Bragg. Unit is located on the first floor. Home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Room is available for move-in 1 APRIL. The room that is available is the master bedroom that has its own master bathroom and walk-in closet. Room is furnished with bed, dresser and tv. Will share a kitchen, main living room, washer/dryer with 1 other person. The main living room will have couch and TV. Tenants will share payment of the monthly water, electric bill, and internet to be divided equally. Condo has monitored alarm system. Will require background and credit check. The roommate at the condo is my cousin. He is a 32-year-old male who works on Fort Bragg, NC as contractor. He keeps to himself and very clean. He does not drink or smoke but does not mind if you do so, there is just no smoking in the house. Very easy to get along with.
