We also have a full size basketball court in the complex, free to use. Each room has brand new bedding, new bed, and a desk. We are a kind and easy going family. Hello everyone! Our homestay is unique. All rooms are newly renovated, including kitchen and bathrooms. The house is located in a central area with lots of grocery shopping, restaurants and transit. The unique part of the home is - it is like your own place, as we live 15-20 minutes away yet visit weekly. We are attentive hosts and interact often. We have wonderful short/long term guests (we consider family). All rooms have new linen, towels, etc. We want you to be comfortable and happy. Large family home near John Oliver Secondary school, Oakridge mall. Also walking distance to Langara college. Our family lives in a 6 bedrooms. But only two rooms can accommodate students at a time.Walking distance to school and Oakridge mall. I have small dog .We have a large kitchen. I have two kids but live on their own .My daughter has her own family and have her own house and my son still single but lives on his own.I am retired stayed home to look after my students.We have beautiful back yard w/ private fenced and secured lock.Our house is brand new 10 years old. Hi there, I live in Pemberton Heights, North Vancouver, on the bus route. I have a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home. My youngest child just moved out so now I have a spare room. The 3rd bedroom is my office during the day but, after 4pm, is a lounge with a tv and pull out couch. The home is comfortable and clean and I have a dog and a cat, both of whom are very friendly. Prefer someone out-going, tidy and respectful. (I am all 3). Parking, laundry and lots of out-door toys (snowshoes, bikes etc) are all included.
