Parking is available on the street, though it can be a bit tricky in the evenings. There’s also parking at the Clovelly Surf Club nearby. The bus stop to the city for work or university is only 2 minutes down the hill. The bedroom features a large floor-to-ceiling wardrobe spanning the whole wall, a giant chest of drawers, and a shoe rack, offering plenty of space and storage. The apartment is split across two levels: the main floor includes the shared kitchen, bathroom, and your bedroom, plus an open-plan living room that’s all yours. I live upstairs, so you’ll have plenty of privacy. This is an older-style block with a friendly, quiet community, and it has a shared garden and laundry. The apartment offers beautiful ocean views and lots of natural light, especially in the morning when the kitchen is bathed in sunshine. The apartment is on the top floor. Other things to note: No dishwasher, great water pressure, fly screens are installed throughout. Rent is $600 per week, inclusive of Wi-Fi, electricity, and gas. There are two dogs who reside on the property who are super friendly and love to cuddle, i am a female who works from home with a 17month old son ( he is in daycare 3 days per week). The house is near beaches and freeways , ideal for someone with a car however there is a bus on the door step. 5-10 minutes away from pubs clubs and cafes. An hour by train into Sydney and all the major attractions. I have lived in the area all my life and happy to share as much or as little info needed by any potential homestayers. The room is ideally situated as a place to sleep, eat, and freshen up ready to explore everything The Bays and Central Coast has to offer.

Hi, I'm a working mum who lives in a house in Sydney. Although my children have grown up and moved out they live close by and are always popping in to say hi. I have been hosting people since 2000 and love meeting all nationalities. I have hosted people from all ages. We live near a train station so you can travel anywhere. Shops,cafe's, parks and the ocean are walking distance away. I am very friendly, down to earth, easy going and enjoy life. I like to eat healthy and try to keep fit by jogging / walking. Your room is furnished with a double bed, a built in wardrobe, desk, all bedding, blankets, TV, heater, towels, etc. My house may not be up to date or modern but it is very comfortable. There is no curfew, come and go as you please. I work long hours and am hardly home. I don't have time to cook so breakfast is included and you are welcome to make it for yourself. If you want me to supply you food for lunches and dinner, that is an extra charge, otherwise I can take you to the supermarket so you can buy your own food which you are welcome to cook in my kitchen. I also supply a laundry with washing detergents provided for you to use. You are welcome to come and stay anytime but please remember that I am not your slave. I like to keep a clean and tidy house and I do expect the same in return. If you are a smoker, all I ask is to please respect my wishes and smoke outside of the house only. Our home is located in a quiet, tranquil, picturesque area which only has one 'thru' street that leads into and out of the area. We are in a culdesac road so there is no vehicle traffic within my area, which enhances the peaceful nature of Koolewong. We are within walking distance to the train station and bus stops. My home is 15 minutes from the M1 motorway which is an access to travel south to Sydney or north to Newcastle. I am 5 minutes from the local shopping centre, and 12 minutes from the beach. I’m just a walk away from the local cafe "The Humble Table" which does amazing coffee and food! The water view queen room is on the second level of the home. It has a built- in wardrobe, Smart TV , internet WIFI access, 2 side tables and lamps for reading at night. This room has access to its own bathroom which is extra large featuring a large bathtub and a separate shower. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. Guests will have these facilities to themselves. I have a stunning , landscaped backyard which overlooks the Bay and is perfect for summer. I have a Weber BBQ as well as 2 outdoor tables and a large market umbrella with its own lighting. There is a kitchen which you are welcome to use. There is also a microwave, tea/coffee facilities, etc. I do not cook a lot, but there are a plethora of amazing food options to either visit or have food delivered. Guests will be required to buy their own food to have, cook, etc. I have a small gym located in the garage if you want to utilize it. The house is fully air conditioned. I want you to feel at home here, however I ask that you treat my home with respect and as such, no visitors can stay without prior written permission. I am a non-smoker and there is no smoking inside the house, whatsoever. As I am a wildlife carer, and rehabilitate native animals at my house, I cannot have guests bring any pets.

The house is 400 meters from the bus stop (575), about 5 minutes walk, and 1.1 km from Pymble train station, about 15 minutes walk. This room has a 1.5m bed + free street parking. 12-hour Daikin central air conditioning is provided in winter and summer. We speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
