Find Roommates & Rooms for Rent in Sylvania, NSW

My partner and I need to find a new place having had to move back to Melbourne unexpectedly due to the passing of my father recently to help my mum arrange the funeral and for moral support. We have been together for over 6yrs now and have settled into a routine together where we work better together now than apart, like 2 halves to a perfect whole. We are clean and entirely self sufficient having become comfortable in our trust for each others ability to act where needed to keep our EB and flow happy and cruisy. I work from home in Administration while Phil is finishing his youth counselling degree from home while he finishes his recovery from back surgery. We have a combined income of $1800-$2200 a week.

Hi! I'm Rida, a 23-year-old psychology student who also works as a disability support worker. I'm clean, respectful, and easygoing, and I like to keep shared spaces tidy. I don't drink, and I enjoy a quiet, relaxed home environment. I always respect other people's privacy and communicate openly if anything comes up. I'm looking for a safe, comfortable place to call home with considerate housemates.

I would like to go out and see what living with someone other than my family would be like:) I am a clean person, very friendly

Our home is located in the suburb of Revesby, South of Sydney. It’s just me and my husband in this house so we thought of accepting homestay students or travellers. There are rooms available. One room has double size bed and the other one has queen size bed, two rooms both are twin shared with two single beds. The house is immaculate, it's an open plan area. There's backyard with Alfresco. My husband and I love to play scrabble on our relaxing time. I love to cook while my husband loves gardening. Hosting or accommodating international students, travellers or working holiday visa holders became our enjoyment as we get to meet a lot of people from different countries in the world, learning a little bit of their languages and their cultures. The hardest and saddest part is when they’re already finished of their studies , when they’re already leaving Sydney and going back to their countries. We get so attached with each other. We started hosting since April of 2018. I assure you your stay here will be fantastic, comfortable, convenient and enjoyable. Please refer to all the reviews.

The house around shopping centre, restaurant, pizza, KF and café, 7mnts walking to rail way station. I live in 5 beds house. It's has a small BBQ area at the back of the house. Parking on street only. Limited cooking facilities.

A lovely and spacious home filled with natural light, a large garden and outdoor sun deck, by the serene Cooks River in the hip inner west, close to Marrickville. We love nature, animals, fitness, travel, food, discovering new cultures and hosting people from other countries. Sometimes we also host dogs at the house when their owners go on holidays.
