Searching in The Pennsylvania State University, State College, PA
Hi there! My name is Jolee, and I’m looking to rent a room that I can transform into a small private tattoo and piercing studio. I’m a fully certified tattoo artist and piercer with several years of experience, and I run a clean, quiet, and low-traffic workspace focused on safety and professionalism.
I’m looking for:
A private room with enough space for a tattoo chair and workstation
Good lighting or the ability to bring in additional lighting
Access to electrical outlets
A clean, safe, and respectful environment
In return, I offer:
Reliable rent payments
A tidy, low-noise studio with minimal foot traffic
Full adherence to health and safety guidelines
A mature, responsible, and easygoing tenant who respects shared spaces
This is a great opportunity if you have an unused room or extra studio space and want a dependable, professional tenant. Thank you for considering me!
