I’m a CSULB alumni, currently working as a swim teacher! I’ve lived on this street for almost 5 years and this unit for a year and absolutely love it. I have a boyfriend, Tim, who comes over and spends the night often; though we mainly stick to my room. I also have 2 cats, August and Matilda, who are very friendly. I’m extroverted, easy-going, mindful of others and appreciate open communication.

~Unit is in an apartment building right next to Retro Row on 4th street. It is an upstairs unit at the end of the building not facing the street, so it has a nice view and privacy! The available room is 10X9ft with a closet inside. The photos are from the original Zillow posting and then from now. Boxes, clothes and random decorations are form the move out sorry! ~
