The idea is that someone would take up ny current roommate's spot on the lease as he won't be here anymore. As a person I'm quiet, clean, shy, but also friendly. I enjoy gaming, watching anime, tinkering, and working out. So, there won't be any loud parties or gatherings on my end. At some point I do plan on getting a cat again, but I'm not sure when or if that's actually going to happen.
I'm a student at Randolph college and also a full-time worker in retail. I'm not loud or anything, but I'm a gamer and the walls are pretty thin here so you might occasionally hear some cursing but that's pretty much the extent of it.
Bills will be split evenly between me and whoever ends up being my roomate. Rent is with utilities included except for electricity, so we'll have to split that. Also internet is Glo fiber (very great service) and it's under my name, but we'll have to split that bill also if you want to use it. If you have a pet, then of course you'll be responsible for that part of the rent.
I'm also quite new to this unit, so there's not really any furniture except for my own room.
Bathroom is mostly your own private space, but I will occasionally use it because that's where the washer and dryer are located. I'll make sure not to intrude on your privacy. Also MAYBE store cleaning supplies there, the unit doesn't have much storage space and we'll have to make do with what we have.
