I'm disabled so don't work. I mind my own business and treat people like I want to be treated. I'm currently single so it's extremely rare I have overnight guests. I really don't have much of a social life. I have a small circle and that's because I want it that way. I'm always on time with the rent. That's a priority to me. I have 2 grown children but they don't live with me and I go visit them at their homes. I'm an organized and neat person. Not messy at all. I've been told I'm a great tenant and very easy to live with. If you give me a chance you'll see I am.

I'm not any great big hurry to find a place at the moment but I would like to try to find someplace where I could room in some place already established or I'd be willing to go in on a place together
