If EXTRA LINEN is required for the use of the sofa bed the linen and mattress Topper must be used on the sofa Bed to protect it. SMOKING POLICY There is a ZERO tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our professional cleaning team discovers evidence this rule has been breached We fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the Professional Service Required. The flat is located in Brighton centre so it’s very easy to walk everywhere. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach front. 5 minutes walk to Churchill Square. About the room: The bedroom has a double, high sleeper bed. There is a ladder up to the bed. We have high-speed wifi. The room has a desk and chair, and shelving space for clothes and storage. There is a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen which you are welcome to use. The sun shines in the bedroom in the morning and it's warm. About us: Luke is from Brighton and is a local here. Charlie is from London originally. We are both 30 years old. We work from home in digital marketing and love to travel. Before this, we worked as English teachers in Taiwan. Luke is a qualified CELTA teacher and Charlie is a qualified HESS TEFL teacher (for English as a second language). We have previously lived in Taiwan, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Thailand.
