I'm looking for a room to rent short term to long term. I am a single 32 year old woman who just recently moved away from home. I work late at night and go to the gym early mornings during the day I rest in for work.

I'm very social but understand boundaries and space. I'd prefer to be friends with people I live with and have a good communication system. If you have a problem with something that I do consistently, please let me know in a respective manner and I will do the same. I am open to a chore board if need be. One of the things I absolutely need is decently sized room in the fridge for my groceries, I'm open for my stuff to be used if its washed and put away immediately.

Our spacious single story home is designed to make your stay as pleasant and worry less as possible: - 4 bedrooms (1 private room and 3 shared rooms) with clean linens/bedding, pillow and blanket provided. - 3 full bathrooms - Work areas - All utilities included. - Our female guests can stay in our female-only shared room. It's a house full of people & different schedules. We are a very communal/respectful group and strive to provide space for everyone to work and hangout. Why would someone say light cooking? Home prepped meals really warms up the house and it's encouraged.
