Share house with mom, one son who is 21 and our family dog who is a terrier mix and very friendly and easy going . We also have a frenchie puppy. Tracey is 52 and enjoys watching movies. She speaks English. Tracey has 2 boys (ages 21 and 25) the 25 doesn’t live at home but visits once a year . I charge $1,100 monthly Includes WiFi and all utilities. Rent does not include any meals. However you have access to kitchen. I prefer long term student or someone working outside of home.

Hi all! Mostly I keep to myself when I am at home. I am currently a full time student and between school and studying, my schedule is pretty full. I am mindful of sharing personal space and want to live with others who are as well. I love animals so I don't mind pets and am flexible as to whether I cohabitate with them or not. I don't have any pets myself. When I do catch a free second I usually use it to catch up on sleep/ self care that I usually need. I encourage empowering language. I'm organized and clean, I dont use the shared space except to cook and do laundry. I work a full time job so I'm gone 40+ hours a week.
