Pheasant Hill Farm is a beautiful 55 acre horse farm in South Central Pennsylvania with rolling hills , woods , hiking trails on the property and , also , nearby , 2 ponds and 2 creeks . There are 2 completely private houses for rent : A fully restored 1867 farmhouse with 2 bedrooms , 2 baths , library , large sitting room with attached sunroom and tavern room with refrigerator. A 2 floor cottage with 1 bedroom , 1 1/2 bathrooms , living room , full kitchen with attached dining area . My wife and I live in a separate residence on the property. Other buildings on the property include an 1872 barn , 2 horse stables and a small kennel, although the dogs live in our house and the cats live in the big barn . There are multiple horse pastures. Someone is on the premises most of the time .
