Entire Property rents for 2k per month and I am mostly out of town. The ground level room is what I occupy and I am hardly there as I am travelling most of the time. It's a huge discount for anyone who wants a place for 500 dollars less than the market value, the only thing requested is that my room is not used and the room mate is clean and respectful. while keeping my mails safe when I m not in town. Utilities would be 75% and I can pay for 25% just like the rent.
