I'm straightforward and low maintenance. I keep an open mind and try to remain approachable/agreeable/available. I have extensive experience dealing with conflict and am big on asking permission. However, nobody's perfect. I'm rather boring, rigid, lazy, and semi-reclusive. These drawbacks improve over time as I become comfortable with you. I also make sure to clean up after myself, though helping out with maintenance and minor chores is frankly all else I'm good for. I'm no criminal nor MVP, but I can be the glue that keeps a sense of order together in a way.
