Alex is Looking for a Flat to Rent

Howdy! I’m Alex, and I’m looking for a roommate(s) in the Mansfield area. I love cats and enjoy hiking, working on art, and cozying up with a good book, movie, or game. I graduated with my bachelor’s up in Kent this winter and am now working full time as a case manager in Mansfield; I’m planning to settle here for a couple of years while I work through my master’s degree online. My max budget’s around $750 a month—most of my income is going toward student loan repayment and savings. Move-in date’s flexible, as I am staying with my parents at the moment, though I would like to move within the next 2 months. Communication and mutual respect are very important to me, and I’m looking for someone who holds those same values. I’d like to split household chores/responsibilities equally. I’m not a big partier, but I like to spend time with close friends or a partner in the space I’m living in a few times a month. I keep my space clean and prefer someone who matches that. I don’t have any pets or children, but I am open to cats and dogs.
