Jenn is Looking for a Room to Rent

I am looking for a room I can rent that offers a private room, bathroom if possible. I would like to have my own personal space and be able to come and go as I please. Looking to live in a nice, safe neighborhood that offers utilities and amenities included in monthly rent. No background check, credit check, requirements of first, last and deposit. Im willing to pay a deposit if needed. I'm currently employed at a temp agency and looking for a permanent job. I am kind, trustworthy, respectful,.and willing to help out with anything need do (repairs, cleaning, chores, etc). I am a very easy going guy that needs a stress free, easygoing, nice & friendly environment to live in.
