Steve is Looking for a Room to Rent

Hi, I'm a 60 year old white male. Just moved to Ottawa in June. Very clean and quiet, polite, kind, courteous, sincere... I like to joke around and have a great sense of humor. I'm on O.D.S.P. so I'm home most of the time. I don't drive. I don't drink alcohol or use any illegal drugs. I spend most of my time in the kitchen or on my computer. I would be an excellent room-mate. Both my previous landlords enjoyed having me. I've been a carpenter / jack-of-all-trades all my life. So I can do repairs if needed. I like doing outdoor work. Gardening, cutting the grass, pruning trees and bushes, shovelling snow... I need a place with a large, modern kitchen. I'd like a decent sized bedroom. A bathtub would be an asset. And a living room to watch T.V. A backyard would also be great. My budget is $900 right now but once I officially retire (as soon as I receive a piece of mail), I will be able to afford $1200.
