My name is Sebastiano, I am 46 years old male born of Italian immigrants in Australia. I am an academic professional and graduate of law. I currently administrate my own business in legal and financial services however I also enjoy electronics, e-scooters ad ebikes so I also run a part time repairs business in this sector. I am currently looking for a room/granny flat or back shed/ garage to rent from which I can run my repairs business and also crash if o work late. I am open to options and ideas. I don't use large power tools, the extent of my equipment is a soldering. iron, multi meter and small diagnostics equipment that is battery operated and makes no noise.
