Terrence is Looking for a Room to Rent

I have been given a new role in London where I travel around different inner city sites. I am looking for a property with easy and swift access to public transport between Zone 1-3. My preferences are to rent accommodation in East London or North London, this would be ideal for my commutes and various sites I and required to attend. One advantage I have as a candidate flatmate is in my domain experience in building services (maintenance). This reassurees any maintenance issues that exist can be communicated effectively and identifiy reasonable interventions and fixes for a range of utilities. I can facilitate the fittings, fixtures and repair to my residence for a safe, comfortable and sustainable living environment. I am organised and when I conduct my day, it is very typical of an active and healthy person.
