Sam is Looking for a Flat to Rent

We are a couple, 24 and 25, with two friendly cats. We'd need space for two litterboxes which we scoop daily. We are chill and quiet artists. We are good at cleaning up after ourselves, and I enjoy doing the dishes, so you wouldn't have to worry about that chore! I cannot work due to disability and am having trouble getting accepted for benefits, so we only have one source of income right now. We enjoy cooking and baking sometimes and would share leftovers! We would ideally like to be able to host guests (maximum two at a time, usually just one) but they would not make a lot of noise either, and we have an air mattress they can sleep on in a living room if that's alright.
