Furnished room for rent

I’m a very easy going person, who is somewhat of a clean freak. I enjoy having conversations with people and I’m very respectful. I expect the person to clean up after themselves and keep their room tidy. My male room-mate is a polite, helpful gentleman who keeps to himself.
