I’m sharing a large, comfortable two-story house with two full bathrooms, a beautiful backyard, and a cozy front porch, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The huge kitchen features a gas stove and dishwasher, making cooking and cleanup easy. The house has air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. There is also an unfinished basement with laundry facilities available for your use.
Your private room includes a double-sized bed, a tiny desk, a big bay window, a very large closet, a side lamp, and a fan/heater for extra comfort.
You’ll be living with a working professional female and a tiny, affectionate dog in a warm and welcoming environment. The house is bright and airy, with plenty of shared living space and great amenities.
Located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood with easy access to transit and nearby shops, grocery stores, parks, and restaurants. It’s a perfect spot for anyone looking for a peaceful yet convenient place to call home while visiting Toronto.
I’m a laid-back, clean, and considerate person who understands the balance between work, study, and relaxation.
If you’re looking for a friendly home where you can feel comfortable and supported during your stay, this is the place for you.
Please note that upon arrival, I only accept payment by cash or bank transfer.
