Erica Has a House for Rent

We live in a lovely 4 bedrooms home in a great cul-de-sac in Rolleston, with a small reserve at the back, walking areas nearby and walking distance to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and other places. Bus stop is less than 5 min walking distance. Our lovely home has a nice kitchen with views to the outside connected to the open living room and a separate lounge. The bedrooms are in the hallway where are also the separate toilet and bathroom, which are mainly for you to use. The double room comes with queen bed, wardrobe, desk and heater. Please note that we also have two small dogs that love people, so you must like dogs too and a lovely and very sociable 8yo girl. Also note that we are Not an airbnb and the minimum number of nights we accept is 3. Smoking is not allowed at all times. Come and stay with us, we love meeting and having people. We are both from South American (different countries and language), so we know how you feel when you are away from home.
