Our family home is tucked away on over an acre of land down a private drive. We are offering a 1bd 1ba apartment home that is attached to our house, but separated by a garage. It is fully furnished, with its own private entrance and fully fenced backyard. You'll stroll past the garden down a lit path to access the apartment entrance. After passing through a gate, you'll find your secluded yard, complete with bbq grill and a patio set. Inside the home, natural light fills the space. The bedroom has a queen Nectar bed and 46" swivel tv. The kitchen boasts a gas stove oven, full size refrigerator, and plenty of storage. A brand new mini-split will keep the apartment cozy throughout the year. We are a busy family of four. Our two children and a dog often play in the front yard, so you are likely to see us as you come and go. The apartment is completely sound proof to the rest of the house, so you won't have to worry about noise being an issue. We do appreciate our privacy, and request that the apartment is not used to host parties or excessive visitors.
