Penthouse w/ private room & balcony, mostly priv. bath

I am a GenX-aged attorney who currently works remotely, which I do out of my room (i.e., not in common area). I am liberal and am currently hiding from the news when possible, opting for podcasts instead as my background noise. I am a night owl who loves to laugh. I am usually outgoing, but also good at entertaining myself. I like to try new things, take classes for fun, and have traveled a lot and lived in a lot of places, but have also spent years and years in NYC. I read a ton. I garden (there are two terraces, which is why a roommate can have the large balcony one as a private space). I enjoy wine. I like music from classical to punk. I like art. Hmmm… I am fairly neat but not a freak about it (I like thing clean, but do not a get annoyed if something is askew or a dish is not immediately placed in the dishwasher after use – only that it gets in within 24 hours or so). While I do get out, I work long hours and since the pandemic have been working remotely which has been socially isolating, which is not ideal and has also left me ill equipped to fill out boxes on why I would make a good roommate without sounding awkward (I am still working on regaining my pre-pandemic small talk skills, that once came naturally :))!
