Jose Has a Flat for Rent

Hello, I describe myself as someone that's quiet, friendly and respectful to others and their space, I don't like loud music, I would drink a few beers once in a blue moon, I would smoke but only outside occasionaly , I am also a part-time student, I work in the dentistry field (for now as dental assistant) I don't spend much time at home during the day because I'm mostly working on weekdays, the thing I love the most in my apartment is my new dishwasher (because it saves me so much time and so it would to you 😋) visitors in the apartment are not allowed, I have access to a garage where two vehicles can fit (we can talk about that later if you want to) no furniture seen on the pictures will be available at time of moving in.
