I currently live in a town house and am recently divorced and looking for a roommate for my spare bedroom as money is tight right now. It is a private bedroom with amenities included. The total rent for the room will be $600 with a deposit of $900 just incase damage occurs during your stay. I work overnights and sleep during the day so you are welcome to watch TV and use the internet if needed as well as the kitchen to cook. I do have an extra fridge for your groceries as well.

I'm very easy going and usually keep to myself. I enjoy video games and some other recreational activities. I do smoke so I hope that isn't an issue as I only smoke outside.
