Has a private room for rent in a private house

**monthly rent is negotiable** It’s a decent sized 6 bedroom 3 bath house (got 2 rooms available downstairs), plenty of parking, fire pit, cat friendly (built in cat door right in the south wall) outside of town but not so far you have to drive +30 minutes for anything. **I will add a security lock on the room you choose (pin pad) for your privacy/safety** Deposit and half first month rent is negotiable/negligible if you assist in prepping your room and the house for your arrival, sorry I’m a little overwhelmed with everything going on. Power, Internet (wireless), well… utilities are included. You’ll need a mini fridge if you want to keep your stuff separate in your room, or label your items before you put them in the main fridge. Washer/Dryer available - will create a weekly schedule for us all to use. I have chickens, so there’s fresh eggs (we rarely eat eggs so they are up for grabs unless I sell them)
