Tucked away in Alta Sierra this 3 BR/2BA cozy home features an indoor wood-burning fireplace, split A/C units, a full tidy kitchen, dishwasher, stove and range hood, smart Samsung TV, a half-acre backyard with patio and garden beds, tranquil shared living room, washer and dryer, and parking on-site. About the owners of the house: We are a couple who recently moved to Grass Valley. I'm a firefighter for CalFire and my live-in fiancé is a student at Sierra College. We have two cats in the house. We're offering a furnished private bedroom with your own private bath. You have access to the rest of the house as well. This would be a month-to-month lease.
